We took every flavor, personality and vibe in the family and rolled them up into something new. Food that hits whether you’re feeling bold, basic, nostalgic, or just hungry.

This isn’t just a food truck. It’s our family energy. The loud dinner tables, the arguments over sauce, the uncle who insists his chutney is the real one. All of it, rolled up.

Karachi street food meets Chicago streets.
A paratha roll is flatbread, crispy outside and fluffy inside, wrapped around halal protein, onions, peppers and chutney. We keep the soul and add the Western swagger: cheese sauce, zinger, loaded fries.

Only fresh halal ingredients, pressed and rolled to order, made with love for everyone to enjoy. That’s the whole recipe.
